Alienware 17 R3 windows 10 home edition Problem
Hello
I have Alienware 17 R3 that came with windows 10 64bit home edition , after upgrading to the new build of windows 10 ( Version 1511 OS Build 10586.36) windows start to act strangely , browsing the folder without response ( working on it ) , windows update ( not responding ) , some programs like default programs wont load ( Alienware FX , Kasper internet security etc... ) .
So how can i recover my default windows ??? step by step please.

Hi,
If you want to undo the update, you could try a system restore. Your system probably created a restore point before it did the update. Click here to view an article from Microsoft that explains how to do a system restore.

i did reset the windows to factory default , full reset that delete my installed apps and my files in windows partition , windows still unstable.
my last shot is to recover the windows to zero , i mean like when it came and start over.
i have a healthy recovery partition of system , so the question is how to activate the recovery partition , F2 = Bios setup & F12 show no load of recovery partition or i just miss something here.

Hi,
Look for Alien Respawn or Dell Backup & Recovery and check if you can launch the recovery partition with those programs.

I've tried Alienware Respawn , so i made a image factory recovery on 2 HDD , none of them worked , during image restore the massage error was something like Alienware respawn failed to create a proper factory default image so i had to let Alienware Respawn and went to dell support site , typed my service tag and voila the ISO image of my laptop was finally on site :D .
