We recommend that you create a Windows 10 recovery image on a USB drive or disk. You can follow the instructions on this video to perform this procedure. After you have created this, you can use it to do a clean installation of Windows 10.
Can you please confirm what is the error message that you are receiving? You could also send us a screenshot of the error message and we will look into it.
My windows 10 was upgrade from windows 8 and already crash. Now, I just want to do a clean install windows 8 from my DVD disc(without windows 10 product key). Should I rest the Bios setting to factory default and the SATA set to AHCI or RAID? Secure Mode set to on/off for install windows? Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you, what happens if you choose the "custom" install option? Is the system detecting your M.2 drive?

Same error message choose Upgrade or Custom. The system detect M.2 drive correctly.

Hi,
Send me your Service Tag in a PM so we can look further into this. There may be a problem with the Windows 10 image.
