Alienware 17 r2 oddly hums

So i know its not much to complain about, but i bought this in june and i remember it being completely ssilen. I dont game on it yet and i dont do large pp4ocesse. I normally just go on youtube or check email. Its relatively clean and not crowded. The highest cpu percentage at one time that ive seen is 1.2% and notmally the memory usage at one time is 115. But lately.. from the point off startup, the laptop does hum. Not super roarin, but to a noticeable and annoying stastandpo, because i remember doing my studies on it and being able to hear nothing but myself. But now it just hums (the fans and all). What could this mean?:(

Hello,

Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system. To do this, tap the F12 button during boot and select the ePSA or Diagnostic option. This test can take several minutes, let us know if you receive any errors. Try to determine where the noise could be coming from, it may be coming from the CPU fan. Let us know how it goes.

So I ran the test and everything turned out fine, my computer says. However, I still can't seem to wrap my head around why it's being loud. Of course, it's not terribly loud, but it's louder than before. This all seemed to happen after i left in on sleep overnight; I had never done that before and I totally forgot about it. I have a SSD and liquid cooling, not to mention an intel quad core i7. I remember it being so silent that in a super quiet room you could hardly hear it, and only by placing your head firmly on the keyboard, could you hear the fans slightly. But now, even from the startup of the computer, it makes a noticeable humming sound. It's obviously the fans, but the computer isnt hot and there's no big processes running on the computer. Before, occasionally, the laptop will make a noticeable hum for about 3 minutes, and then return to still silence, but now it's like the computer is constantly making that hum noise and It's super hard to concentrate on a book or my studies. Its not a sound you can hear from across the room; like I said it's not a loud hum, but because my computer used to run silently, the hum noise bothers me quite a bit, and only seems to grow louder as all the other noises around my stop. I payed over $3,000 for this. Got any ideas?
