Alienware 18 Slowing down?

After I enabled the SLi on my Alienware 18, and played some BF4 in Ultra, I noticed the Alienware was getting hot near the base of the monitor which. I noticed the next day, the Alienware was having a bit of trouble just starting up, from Black Screen with the Alienware logo taking 2 minutes just to finish, to the transition to Windows logging screen. I assume it couldn't be the heat, because the Alienware was playing hotter when I first bought it, and no problems occurred.

And I also noticed the Left Macro Keys dont respond properly when I change the colours and when I change the Macro Profile. When I press to change the profile, it changes profile but the colour never changes. Mine is Red, Green, and Blue. But its stuck on the colour green. And their is a random chance that makes the colour to something I have never set it on, Pink, Yellow, and even white.

Please Help

Update:

I also got this from Alienware Command Centre, I noticed the Macro Keys weren't working properly again(not changing colour when I press the top most key), and the Command Centre closed itself:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I then decided to restart the laptop and as soon as it turned back on, I opened Command Centre and went to TactX, and it gave me the error again.
