Alienware 18 battery problem
I have had my Alienware for about 4 months now, the battery quickly went to 4% wear and is now at 6%. Some time ago it would only charge to 92-96%. I thought this was the wear but it is not. The battery only charges to 85% now. I have tried taking it down to less then 7% and recharging but no help. I have an Aida64 report posted at the bottom of this post. I think the 6% is the value from designed capacity to fully charged capacity. Current capacity is the maximum it will charge. I usually have the computer plugged in. My two other dell laptops show 100% and varying amounts of wear.
