Is it slow during boot or in games, can you elaborate on this? Make sure the system is running the latest Bios firmware. Click here for the Bios download link. Try running an ePSA/Diagnistoc test on the system. To do this, tap the F12 button during boot and select the ePSA or Diagnostics option. This test will take several minutes, let us know if you receive any errors.
