Have you try it with a different connection or with LAN? 

Have not tried LAN. Will give it a try.

Still not working. 

Get error code 130 when try to go to browser on Alpha UI through Steam.

I have uninstalled the Alpha UI and reinstalled. 

Scanned for virus. 

Tried the turn off LAN in connections setting fix. 

Nothing seems to be working.

Another note: Steam works great when using through desktop mode.

In that case I would recommend you to run an Alienrespawn since there could be a software problem.
