Alienware Alpha - i7 - Yellow Flashing Light - Recurrence

Hi all,

I'm wondering whether I'm just going to have to send it back but I've been experiencing problems with the Alpha on and off for a while now. Every now and again it just decides not to turn on and instead flashes the light yellow on and off.

Things I have tried:

- Power Drain (where you unplug everything, hold down the power button for a minute etc)

- Unplugging the power supply from the mains as well as the unit and leaving for a day

- Trying a different wall socket

- Reseating the memory and the HDD

- Replacing the memory and HDD

- Checking all internal connections were sound

Various things have fixed sometimes but right now it it is currently unusable after being left unplugged for a couple of days. 5 year old is getting impatient to play on steam!

5 flashing lights this time. Cheers for any help,
