Alienware Area 51 R2 Case Door issue

Question

The left door LEDs will not light on the pc at all. Contacts look good no dirt or debris in the way May seem trivial but this was one of the features that drew me to this build. This has been happening off and on since I bought the pc however I would unlatch and latch the door correcting the issue. But as of a few days age the left door (if you are facing the pc) stopped working at all. Now this does not effect pc performance at all, but if it's should work then I want it to work. Has this happened to any other else? If so, how did you resolve it.
