Alienware Aurora ALX Weird Processor

Hey everyone. 

I was playing a bit of call of duty 4 modern warfare and suddenly i started to notice some lagg. i thought it was some randomish lag, but then and then it kept on. my grafics card was working well and well conected. so i randomly went to the microsoft system score and i just saw that my processor wich is an intel core i7 quad core just had a score of 3.4 OMFG!

What the hell is that?! anyone can help me please?! thats not normal!
