That usually suggests a critical hardware error. Try to see if you can run a diagnostic test on the computer as you boot it up; Spam f12 to find the diagnostic test and run it. If you can do that and find errors from it, you can get a step closer to identifying the problem.

Thanks, I'll try that. I forgot to mention that I ran Dell's PC Doctor and it said everything was fine.

I managed to get into the boot options but did not find the diagnostic test.

I've read that the Aurora R3 could have issues with Windows 10, could it be worth it switching back to Windows 7 which he originally came with?
