Alienware Aurora R4 ALX - Outlet Store Advice

Hi all,

I want to get Alienware Aurora R4 form the outlet store, but have some queries…

1)    How old are dell outlet systems i.e 30 - 60 days? can they be 6 months old( customer had it for 6 months before returning it)?
2)    Are these systems reliable?
3)    Is it possible to get the history on these systems?
4)    Can you get discounts, if yes where from?
5)    Notice recently lots of R4 models with gtx 680, does the bios issues still exit in these system, further info here: http://en.community.dell.com/owners-club/alienware/f/3746/t/19448996.aspx?PageIndex=1
6)    If system arrives faulty, can I get refund?
7)    What happens if the system develops a fault later on for example in 6 months, can get a exchange or refund than?

Moving on more general questions,

1)    is it best to get  i7 3930k or should I stick with 3820?
2)    How come there are no systems with gtx 670?
3)    Opinion on this build, please it cost around £1270. is it  worth it?
Processor: Intel Core i7-3930K (Six Core, 12MB Cache) Overclocked up to 3.9Ghz
    Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium
2 TB SATA III Hard Drive (7200RPM)

    Graphics: 2 GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GTX 680
English Genuine Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium (64Bit OS)

Final question,  is it best i use outlet or get it brand new from the normal store? My budget is around £1300.

Buy the best that you can afford. It will future proof you longer. I don't know what the translation is from English pounds to American dollars, but I'd still say to buy the best that you can afford.
