Alienware Aurora R4 Bios USB Option not Working!!!!!!

With a USB 2.0 Card installed, the Bios option: USB Controller (Enabled) - doesn't work anymore.  Does anybody know how I can get Dell to address the issue?  I'm on the latest Bios (11) for my computer.  For those who don't know, that option enables the keyboard to be available for PRE-boot.  As it stands, I have to take the card out for the option to work.  Worse yet, if I have devices attached to the USB card, my computer won't boot at all and is stuck on the Alienware head window.  If I detach the devices it boots up, but the keyboard is only available for POST as if I DISABLED the bios option.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have an interesting phenomenon going on with my Alienware Aurora R4.  Any USB 2.0 Card that I install takes priority over my standard USB 2.0 slots (I have nothing plugged into the 3.0 slots).  When this happens, my keyboard is disabled until I enter the Windows login screen, and I can't press F2, F12, or Ctrl-I ahead of time.  What's worse is that if I reboot my computer with devices plugged into the card, my computer won't go beyond the Bios screen.  I have to detach the devices plugged in and reattach once I reach Windows 7 Ultimate.  I keep asking if there's a setting in the Bios for the PCIe slot, and tech support says there is none and blames my USB card itself.  I've used 3 different cards from 3 different manufactures, and they all do the same thing.  Can anybody help me?  It's a hassle to disconnect all the devices, and even worse that my keyboard is dead until I reach Windows (I have to take the card out to re-enable my keyboard before boot-up).  My keyboard is plugged into a standard USB 2.0 port, and plugged into my card are: a desktop printer, UPS box, Flight Yoke, and a USB hub (with my cell phone charger/monitor in the hub).  This must be by design, because I've had 2 replacements of my motherboard (refurbished ... boooooooo), and video card, and the same behavior persists.  Onsite tech-support replaced my motherboard/video card twice before discovering that I had a bad RAM card.  But this prioritization is happening pre-boot, so I'm assuming it must be somewhere in the Bios.  Thanks in advance for any information provided.

There is an option in the Bios (USB Controller - Enabled) that is supposed to make the keyboard available PRE-boot.  With a USB PCIe card installed into the slot, it acts like this option is DISABLED.  How do I get Dell to address the issue?  I'm on the latest Bios ... version 11.  I have to take the card out for this Bios option to behave correctly, but it's hardly a solution and is a real problem.  And, I also have to detach all devices from the PCIe card in order for my computer to boot at all.  PLEASE HELP!
