Alienware Aurora R4 CPU Fan Error (replaced watercooler. Core temp still 78C)

I bought an alienware aurora from my company I do business with and when I first turned it on, it gave me CPU fan error. I read in here you can hold down the power button for 30 seconds when unplugged etc. I have done all that. I installed windows 7 and imediately checked the CPU temp running core temp or one of those programs.  All the fans run and it sounds like a vacuum cleaner.  When I looked at the CPU temp. The temps of all 6 processors showed and average of 78C with some hitting 81 and I turned it off. I know that I might need to install the alienware desktop program maybe. But I have to install netframework 4.0 and then install it. I don't want the cpu to fry before I do all that. I think that even if I did that, it still wouldn't work. Any ideas?

I took this thing apart looked and found out that the long motherboard type deal with the plugs on the side of it wasn't plugged in where the PCI fan part was so it wasn't getting any power.  I figured it out because i looked and didn't see the water cooler fan running at all and traced it back.   Now I have a problem with the PCI and the hard drive fan stuck at 100%.  I installed alienware command but i can't adjust the speed of the fan. it shows a lock on it.
