Alienware Aurora R4 MIO Board Light Blinking?

I'm not sure what the board to the right of the motherboard is called, but I've heard that it's called the MIO board? I'm not sure, but either way, there is a light on it that keeps blinking blue. Every second the blue light blinks and i'm just not sure why.

I ran the diagnostic yesterday by pressing F12 while booting and no issue was detected but the light keeps blinking. I haven't noticed anything weird happening with the PC though, but I just know that that light usually doesn't blink.

I did install a new GPU the other day, and that is around when this started, so could that be the cause? I'm just not sure what it means or what I should do to fix it. Here's some pictures just to verify what i'm talking about.

These last two were taken within a second of each other so you can see that they are blinking.
