Alienware Aurora R4 front panel lights not working
Hi,
A couple of days ago, my Alienware Aurora's front headphone/usb ports stopped working, so I called up Dell support and had a tech come in and replace the front ports. However, after the repair the front panel lights that illuminated the optical drives (DVD drive, Media Card Reader) stopped working. The AlienFX lights, including the Alienhead and the front bezel lights, still work, but not the front panel.
Please help, Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I called them. They said they'll repair it next week.

Just call them back out to fix it.
Sounds like something is not connected properly or is blown.
