Alienware Aurora R4 with ALX chassis windows 7. 64bit, Tactx keyboard backlights have stopped working.
Tactx keyboard backlights have stopped working...only lights that will work are caps lock/num lock...and top left R1 function key. Has anyone seen this??? Keyboard has worked flawlessly for 5 months since new with system.
