Alienware Aurora R6 clicking noise
So I've looked it up for a bit but I can't find anything definitive on the matter. I'm pretty sure it's coming from the PSU but it doesn't look like anything is colliding with the fan. I'm not sure what it could be.

Here's a video of the problem. I'm kind of sure it's not a HDD problem but you never know. Anyone have an idea of what it is? It's brand new.

Man. They change my power supply and the pc still making random noises. I'm gonna take a picture of my power supply, maybe is not a delta. They were suppose to call me today to do a another remote test or something but didn't call me.

Dell technician just finished up and left. We confirmed that the rattling PSU was the Huntkey, and the new replacement is the Delta N1WJD. Not a single rattle from the new PSU so far!

Multiple ways to tell. Using pics above helped me, (the new Delta PSU doesn't have philips screws around the test switch/LED) but easiest way to tell was by looking at the packing slip that came with the new part.
Shows Item Number: N1WJD, Description: PWR SPLY,850W,EPA,BRZ,DELTA

Yes, that is the Delta-built PSU. Hopefully they will get your problem figured out when you get them to finish the follow-up. Maybe you got a Delta with a bad fan bearing, or your issue turns out to be different?

So I moved the pc from the floor to the desk and haven't heard the noise for 3 hours.

Hi, Alienware-Rodrigo! I have the same clicking noise issue. I got my Aurora R6 two weeks ago.
There is no option to send you a pm when I click on your name. Under the 'Action' menu I have three options: give you a badge, download vcard, follow your RSS.

Hi AnAcronym,
I apologize for the late reply, we need to authorize you first in order for you to send us a PM. For future reference, try creating a thread next time explaining your issue or inquiry, we will see it and get to it a lot sooner. You should be able to send me a PM now.

Thank you Rodrigo, I appreciate you connecting with me.
Will PM over next few days (busy times).
For the record: no blame on your side! I know you are very busy.
I very much appreciate the time you've taken to reach out.
Thank you my friend, will connect soon to provide you with my service tag,
problem statement, etc.
Am hoping it's an easy fix I can perform on this side (re: a tag or cable
brushing against a fan).
Many thanks!

MOD - I just bought this computer and it's PSU is clacking like crazy. Don't you power the thing on and at least listen for 30 seconds to see if it's okay? I CANNOT pm you as you are asking. Please advise.
