Great job for DELL guys! Well done! I'm more happy now whith your A09 Bios Updated.

The good:

1. Computer Boot Post Time= 12 Secs

2. Windows Pre-OS Time= 22 Secs

3. Windows Ready to use time= 10 Secs

4. For now lights are not flashing or blinking anymore.

The Bad:

1. The Bios Boot Alienware  Face looks horrible, it is shrink and crushed.

Yesterday evening I formatted my system since it was really, but I mean really slow. This time I decided to do not install "Alienware Command Center", after a BIOS reset, reimaging, let windows updated, installed GPU, Chipset and Audio driver the system completely get back to life and I was surprise how fast it was compare to the first day I received it. Right now I am using my system without the Command Center and it is getting fast response when comes to open windows and applications, do windows search, and my gaming fps increased about 20-30fps. I believe now the CC is a major issue on this systems, is great to change your chassis lights on the fly, but for a huge performance cost? Give a try and let me know if you guys feel now like a real gaming rig.

I am just starting to get a sort of slow performance but I believe it is because I can not update my current Radeon HD 5670 drivers.

Is the slow performance on your games?

Trust me without Command Center pc runs faster than before.
