Alienware Aurora Slow Peformance

·        I've looking in all posts and haven’t found anything regarding "Slow Performance on Alienware Aurora's".

Since first day I received my computer it felt something wrong after turned on. The first thing I saw was the long time during the BIOS and Windows booting, so I thought there must be something related with the way you guys probably installed Operating Systems, maybe with the "Windows Deployment Service" or something like that? Not sure, so I decided to give a try and start using my new pc( I was very happy to have it). I installed Office, a couple of games, so far so good, but the issue came when I tried to ran some applications at same time in order to test the multitasking functionability and the surprise was when unrar 8GB image game compress files(200MB Rar files) and also copied from local disk to an external hard drive, the computer was completely frozen. So I asked myself what should be the issue if this is an Intel i7 920 2.6GHz and running with 6GB DDR3 1333 RAM, then I compared with my job DELL Optiplex 755 System runing with an Intel Core Quad CPU Q660 2.4GHz and 4GB DDR2 RAM. Why I can do more things on job computer than on my Alienware? So I formatted my computer, I deleted everything, even recovery partition, because I want to install windows from scratch, the installation took around 30 minutes compared that with my old computer with a MSI Motherboard, AMD Athlon 64bit 1.8GHz and 1GB DDR that took 10 minutes to do all process, so that's really crazy. After the installation the booting was faster than before(obviously) but not to much, so after installed all drivers I tried the same, unrar files, open IE, copied to my external hd, steam opened and so what you think? The same thing, really slow performance, does anybody have same problem? Have you really test your computer multitasking? I overcloked the system to 3.6GHz (Dell Forum Overclocked Guide), it made a difference but not what I expected. Now I am really disappointed of my purchased and even more to spent $1700 ($700+ just for a case). You can use GPU-Z, CPU-Z, Fraps or any Futuremark Benchmark tool and can tell you a high score, but if it doesn't reflect what is telling you so What is the point?
