To better assist you, please confirm what revision of the Alienware Aurora you have and also the Windows operating system that you are running. I assume you have tried connecting your USB mouse and keyboard on all of the ports correct? Could it be freezing on the login screen?
I have a Alienware aurora r4 Running on windows 8 and yes I have tried all ports, they charge any device that is plugged in but don't allow a output from any devices and I believe it is the keyboard and mouse because as soon as I get to the login screen the LEDs on the mouse and keyboard also go out and I have tried alternate keyboards and mice
There is no way I can use any of these because they all involve being past the login screen to do and I can't get past the login screen I can only get into the f2 and f12 boot options and setup and can't find a way to safe boot or fix problem from there
If you have the Windows media, we recommend you reinstall Windows from the Boot menu (F12). Unfortunately, it doesn't appear like you have another option.

Hi,
Try booting to Safe Mode to confirm if the mouse and keyboard are unresponsive in safe mode as well.
