Alienware Command Center 4.5 Error 1610
I have the X51R3 with Win 10. I get an error 1610 when installing Alienware Command Center 4.5.
I have deleted the Alienware directors in the programs File director . Delete the files from the register in Machine\software\alienware and Machine\software\wow6432Node\alienware.
Any ideas to try next.

Is that error coming from the App or is it a Dot Net error?
Are you uninstalling first and rebooting?
... ONLY THEN ...clean-up and do that deleting?
There is a v4.5.18.0. If that is the one you are trying, try 4.5.17.0
