Alienware Laptop/Desktop Beep Code Table

I have an Alienware X51 for 4 months, and now when i want to start the system up, it makes alot of noise gives 1 beep and ventilation stops running but system is still "standby" you can still hear some noise (i think that is the hard drive?) What can i do about this? Mitchell

I'm sure you have looked up the 1 beep by now and seen that it's not good. Your best bet is to call Dell the first chance you get since it's still under warranty and may need parts.
