Alienware M14 Keyboard Issues

Hello,

The keyboard in my M14 have some issues almost a few months after I got the laptop. The "i" key keeps popping almost every time that I use it. it does not come out completely, just one side and when I push it back I can hear a snap that tell me that the key went back to the normal position but it keeps happening more often now. I'm a very careful person and I take care of my computer as much as possible but I noticed that the keyboard is this machine is not the most durable since even the backspace key is broken now. A crack appeared in the middle of the key few weeks ago and I cannot recall hitting or doing anything out of normal use that made this crack on the key.

I wonder if is just me or more users are having issue like these with their keyboards.

I have extended warranty and I will look forward to see if that can replace my keyboard since is making the typing very unpleasant.
