Alienware M14x Fn + Pause & Fn + F2 keys don't work after reformat.
Hi, recently my M14x had several problems to which the only solution was a full format. After the format however, I noticed that the Fn + Pause (the one that starts up the command center) and Fn + F2 (starts up keys don't work anymore. All the other Fn + key keys work except these two. How can I fix this?
I have already reinstalled all the drivers and flashed the BIOS ( thrice I might include) but to no avail. Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

You could try the AlienWare OSD from the Driver's download page? I had a similar problem and that fixed it for me.

i tried all the possible drivers, it still doesn't work. thanks anyway :)

Hi there,
having the same issue however i haven't reformatted, in fact the machine was only bought 3 weeks ago

I am having the same problem. The drivers didnt do anything. I think it might be an issue with the bios settings
