Alienware M14x keyboard replacement - now WASD keys do not work.

I had to replace the keyboard on a M14X (I think it is a R1). When I replaced the keyboard I believe I used one from a R2. Now they WASD keys do not work.

Is there some driver, BIOS update, or setting that I can change to make the R2 keyboard work properly with a R1? 

All of the other keys work fine. I have updated all the drivers I can find, and I am running the most up to date BIOS (although I believe it is the BIOS for a R1).

I can plug in a USB keyboard and it works fine, but I want the laptop's keyboard to work if possible.
