Alienware M14x shuts down randomly

hi guys im haveing trouble with the power on my laptop, i started noticeing about 2 months ago if my laptop was unplugged and if it was a bit hot, it would just turn off instantly if i moved the laptop quickly, i thought this has to be the battery so i kept it plugged in as much as possible,

now it seems to happen even with its plugged in even if i just moove it from my lap onto a table i have t do it so carefully so it doesnt shut down, i just want to know if anyone has ever had this problem and how they got it fixed it, is it a batery problem? connection within my laptop that i can easily fix?

Is the cooling fan working? I mean turning?

Usually, when your laptop temp. reach to the limit, it will auto shutdown to protect your CPU.

Try to check if your fan is working or not.

Try to run Hardware diagnostics to check if all hardware are working properly.

Try the link above for solution.

Maybe your laptop is infected by a virus.
