Alienware M14xR1 problems with (0xc0000006), Status 79, Dell Error Code 2000-0142

So currently my laptop will not run ANYTHING but default programs, notpad, IE (please help me, this browser is juts so bad), paint, and other default programs.

So when I start a program this message comes up "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000006). Click OK to close the application."

When I ran a system diagnostic, the HD came up with "Dell Error Code 2000-0142" and "Status 79".

One thing I noticed is that one of my programs, called "Curse Client" from curse.com (WoW addon website) comes up with an error that says either the Curse Client is broken, or the microsoft .net framework is corrupt, and I'm guessing the .net framework is corrupet, but when I try to install it "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000006). Click OK to close the application." comes up, I'm lost! On monday the Dell spec ops guys are going to try to fix an older problem (Talked to a normal dell representative yesterday, everything was fine, it was a problem with drivers) but today I started my computer and it's not working, at this point I doubt their program where they take control of your computer is going to work so, anyone know any solutions to this "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000006). Click OK to close the application." problem or the stats 79, error cod 2000-0142?
