Alienware M15x lights stopped working. Please Help.
Hi!
I installed a game (Neverwinter) and my lights stopped working. I have not been able to get them to work again. Here is what command center prompts me
The device you have selected is included in the current theme but AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system. Do you want to remove this device from the current theme?

Please check this link which has few troubleshooting steps and articles to resolve this issue: http://dell.to/13WUTPI
You need to drain the flea power and update the BIOS to the latest version. Create a new AlienFx theme and if issue persists, you will need to re-install Command Center. The above given link has the required information. Hope this helps.
