Hello AFliXTioN123!
You could try to remove the cmos battery for a couple of minutes; that will take the computer to the BIOS original settings, maybe at that moment you will have a screen again and you will be able to run the hardware diagnostic.

i just tried this and nothing has changed, the same thing is still happening :s
