This error code indicates a HDD failure. If you only received the error code on Hard Drive 0 it means only one HDD is failing and needs to be replaced. If you're still in warranty, this replacement can be covered by Dell. Send your Service Tag to awsocialmedia@dell.com so we can review your case.

You can use the the recovery discs we sent with the computer (Resource DVD and Windows Recovery CD) to to a clean installation as explained on this video.
