Alienware M17xR4 Windows 8 Pro 64bit problem with Sound Blaster Recon3Di - Creative CT9570
Hi,
I am owner of Alienware M17xR4 Windows 8 Pro 64bit.
I have a problem for days now with my Sound Blaster Recon3Di - Creative CT9570 and I don't know how to fix it.
The system don't see the Sound Card and I cant re install drivers of the card.
I delete from Control Panel any sound card which see it as a High Definition and to reinstall it and still cant see it and installs the simply Microsoft High Definition drivers.
Also I see a red light on from the exit of my sound card.
In the past that light didn't exist.
Also I have problem with my eject bottom of my CD Drive it doesn't work on Windows 8 Pro 64bit.
What can I do?

Hi there!
For the sound problem, uninstall the audio driver and software, flash the BIOS and finally reinstall the driver.
The optical drive issue could be related to the on screen display software, click here for the fix.
