Alienware Orion Backpack
I have the camo Orion backpack for alienware m17x and it is starting to tear at the shoulders. I know the backpack comes with a lifetime warranty but 3 phone calls and 10 departments later, all I know is that if it is not a computer no one can help. So I post here hoping someone has an answer. How do I get my bag replaced?
