Alienware Proactive Desktop Documents, are they Working
Hi Chris, was just wondering if there is something wrong with the links in your proactive documents.
Every time I try to click the links I just get sent to Dell.com.
Looks like some good info in there and want to be "Proactive" when the new lappy arrives in a few days time :)
While I'm here can you tell me how I can easily remove all personnel info from lappy that is being sent back, as it is scattered far and wide thoughout the computer?
Regards

Thanks Chris, I hope they do it soon because there is good info there. The alienware respawn is pretty much useless as they do not have a respawn partion as far as I can tell. I tried to use it and it said there was none. I was trying to use as my new/almost old M18x had a problem where the SLI has died. I spent 4 days trying to fix it but eventually gave up and logged a few tickets will Dell support on this side of the world, but as usual they are next to useless. Do you have any other suggestions to delete personnel info?

The Bitly site made an update that killed all of our links. We have filed a trouble ticket with them. No ETA from them. Run the Alienware Respawn software to revert the data back to the factory image. That will erase all of your stuff.
