Alienware Respawn

Ok have the following scenario. lets suppose that i replaced my hard drive and i didnt make a backup and i want to make my alienware fatory defaults  but  i installed alienware respawn it drives me to recovery boot options and it doesnt appears the alienware respawn option. what should i do??
