Alienware Steam Machine - 5 blinking lights and missing hardware.

I received my i7 Steam Machine with controller last week. Out of the box it worked okay. I did not receive the USB receiver for the controller in the box. The dangle was present but no USB chip. Since last night the unit has not be able to power up. It is giving me the yellow 5 flashing light code that I just read about on here. Performing a power drain worked once but never again. I was also disappointed that the Linux based 'Steam OS' does not support over two thirds of the games in my library including multiple brand new titles. I have decided that I do not want to own this system anymore. I need to know that I will be able to receive my full refund for the product. I am afraid that the missing wireless receiver may pose an issue with product support. Any suggestions or direction from support would be appreciated.
