Alienware TactX keyboard lightining issue when all zones are in black
When I set all the zones in the TactX keyboard in black, and I turn the computer off, when I turn it on again the lights of the keyboard don't work anymore. This issue only happens when I set all zones in the keyboard in black before turning the computer off. What is wrong? Thank you

I have an Aurora computer. I tried what the article says, but it didn't work. As I mentioned in my post. The issue only happens when I set all lights in dark (aurora and keyboard) and I turn the computer off. when I turn it on, I start having issues with the lights. The problem seems to be in the keyboard. No issue happens if I activate the "go dark" option though.

Test the system with a different keyboard and try to replicate the problem. This way we can confirm if it's the keyboard that's causing it.
If the same problem doesn't happen while using a different keyboard, try re-installing the TactX driver.
