Alienware X51 FX Editor issues (tower won't change color)

I got the Alienware X51 about a week ago, and it won't let me change the colors of the tower, but it will let me change the colors on the tactx keyboard. Also, the alienwarefxeditor icon in my hidden icons bar said something it was disabled? Went to The programs file and tried alienwarefxtester, but got this error message:
