Alienware X51 R2 Stuck at Loading screen after Conputer wipe

I wiped my computer yesterday and after the wipe it restarted and on boot up it shows the alienware sign and then the circular loading animation then the alienware sign dissapears but the circular animation stays, ive had this screen for the whole day now, is there anythign i can do to fix this?
