With your power supply people have had success with the 980 cards...I have a GTX 970 and have had zero issues.

Thank you. So those are the models you tested in 2013, i was hoping new and more efficient models were tested. Do you have any info on that?

Hi,
Those are the only validated graphics card options for the Alienware X51 R1 system, we cannot confirm functionality on any other GPU upgrades.
