Alienware alpha i3-WoW=unplayable

Question

Since legion my game play has gone down a lot. Last night it was unplayable. I've tried tricks and tips. I didn't think I would have this much issue with this rig. I'm playing lowest setting and my fps is dipping a stupid amount runs roughly 70 fps till it dips to 5 fps. I'm about to wipe my system and reinstall wow. Wanted to hit the forums first.
