Alienware fan help URGENT!!!!!!

The Alienware fans are not responding to the command center program causing the computer to overheat and shut down I've been to Bestbuy with no good results. They think it's a result of AMD drivers messing it up and I've have been having no such luck on finding good results. I am asking for help on anyone that might know the problem or some solutions.
