Alienware keyboard shift key hard to press

I have an SK-8165 Alienware keyboard. The right shift key has become hard to press down, and will sometimes result in letters being wrongly lowercase, and other problems of course. I have tried removing the key and cleaning under it and resetting it, with no luck.

You might think one bad key isn't a big problem, but it is. Especially with such an important key. It's annoying enough to make me want a new keyboard.

Is there anything I can try doing to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

There might be a problem with the hardware itself. If after cleaning the keyboard the issue persists you might need to replace it.

use compressed air in the key ... if it don't solve the problem, is hardware problem
