honestly sounds like either driver/windows issue or hard drive/board issue
over the past many years and many systems(signature) i had fair share of bad calls with support but work with them and they will help as stated above.... but without testing stuff or troubleshooting we can only guess at this point :(
Your rambling ranting post is not really helpful to anyone here. If you have a specific issue work with technical support. I have owned and on some occasions needed help and support from dell. In general, once you have a technician who understands english, and who you can understand clearly they do a great job to taking care of you.
Computers are just a sum of their parts. Sometimes you get a rubbish part. Get over it. Have it replaced and get on with your life.
I just want them know that I am very angry when I write this. I was not expecting them to allow the post to show in the forum, but they did let it get here, and some Dell guy did show up to try resolve my problem and that is good.
The technical support I contacted before is definitely not good. And that is why I am so mad.
well if it was sept... its still under warranty easiest way is to blame software cause you reboot and it works... have you tried safemode? does it still do the same.. have you tried uninstalling drivers and such , have you done any trouble shooting beside rant? lol .. assuming windows 10.. if you got nothing to loose on It , restore back to original with windows 10 (you loose everything on it) ... many things we can try this is just a few off top of my head base don info given on keyboard/mouse locking up .. it could be a usb driver.. could be the OS has a virus ... can be anything
I think this is most likely a hardware or driver issue too. But the service guy said that is a software problem and I need to pay before they help to find the problem. That makes me mad. And that is why I post a post like this.

Thanks for your reply. I was planning to restore the computer to the factory state. Just not find a easy way to do it yet. The computer does have nothing important in it now because it's really useless in this status.
just remember if you restore via windows 10 it will remove all drivers so some things might not work like command center etc.. till you download from dell ..

Thank you very much for you advice. I did reinstall windows in many computers before, but not a dell computer. I will be careful. Thanks.
