Alienware m14x Laptop keyboard problems
So, I've had my 14 for basically 2 years now. It's worked great until about a few months ago. I noticed that some of the buttons on my keyboard weren't working. (e, i, q, etc.) It's basically making it impossible to use my laptop and I'm pretty upset with it right now. I've looked everywhere for solutions and can't find anything on it. If you guys have any suggestions on how to fix it PLEASE reply. Any help whatsoever is great. Thanks <3

You can connect an external keyboard just to make sure is not a software issue.
If the problem is the 14 keyboard you might need to replace it, for that you can contact the Dell sales department to see if they still have parts available or you can check in a third party.
