Since you ran the ePSA Diagnostics and no errors came out, I suggest you to re-install Windows to discard that this could be a software problem. To reinstall Windows 7, checkout this article.
So far I have reinstalled windows and have not had any problems, but I want to give it a few weeks before I say my problem is solved. Thanks again for the help.
So in the past few weeks of using my laptop I have only noticed one problem. Occasionally the audio just turns off and the system cannot detect an audio device. I try to restart my computer as that usually fixes the problem, but both times that it happened I just got stuck with it in the shutting down screen until I was forced to manually shut it down holding the power button. Then I start it up again and it tells me that the drivers for the audio device are being installed again.
We truly regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you. Kindly remove the audio drivers from the system and then install it from the link below:

Hi FatChocobo,
Update the BIOS to the latest version, if it's already on the latest version, re flash it, test it for a while and post back with the results please.
If your system is an M14x r2, here is the link for the BIOS download:

So I have done both of those now. Before I reinstalled the audio drivers I started hearing the beeping sound from my original problem.

Reinstalling the audio drivers also did not fix the problem with the audio
