Alienware m17xr3 Overwatch problem
Some days it plays just fine but others the audio is horribly stuttering when the enemy team shows up. This goes on the whole day it either works the whole day or it is stuttering the whole day. I used hwinfo and copied logs when it was working fine and when it was stuttering and the forums on the hwinfo site noticed that my cpu was only using 62.5 percent though my temps were fine. Is there a way to turn off cpu throttling for sure on my laptop?

Yeah i tried that software and I'm unsure if I'm using it right.

You could use a 3rd party software called ThrottleStop. Make sure you check your GPU as well, the throttling could be coming from the GPU instead of the CPU.
