Alienware media center remote help?
I know its a old thing, but I just got a alienware media center remote (smk rc6) and I am in need of a IR reciever to work with it. And maybe some sort of a manual or something... can this thing be programed to turn on my TV also?

You need a USB Microsoft eHome IR receiver (for RC6 remote). Check eBay. They are all basically the same (if RC6). One from a HP will work. A HP remote and eHome USB will run you about $30.
I don't know what a "AW smk rc6" is, but it really shouldn't matter.

SMK was the maker of the remote, rc6 was the ir band (or something)
But either way, I will check on those items you listed.
