Alienware mouse software problem

Question

I have a x51 r2 windows 10 and i bought a alienware tactx mouse and i install the software but nothing for my mouse so i cant program it any ideas what i can do is there a driver i can use for windows 10 or maybe a 8.1 i call dell and my computer has warranty and ended up telling me i needed software warranty and had to pay them.

Hi,  Try installing this driver. I don't believe you need the driver for the mouse to work though. If you can, test the mouse with another computer to make sure it’s working.
