21 days from the ship date I believe, or receive date. One of those two. 21 days from the invoice date doesn't make sense, it can take weeks to get a build done if unlucky.
Dell generally stands firm when it comes to the return date. You can go through Technical Support and have them replace the motherboard again or you can contact Dell-Robert P. and see if he can help you over at the Customer Care forum.
